Progressive strength training for women 30+
Without wasting another year guessing in the gym, doing more cardio, or telling yourself, “maybe this is just what happens after 30.”
A progressive strength-training plan for women who already lift but aren’t seeing the changes they want.

You’re already doing the work
But your body still isn’t reflecting your effort, and you’re starting to wonder if age is the reason.
So you keep thinking:
“I’m scared my body is only going to get worse from here, and I don’t know how to stop it.”
You keep telling yourself, “maybe this is just what happens after 30,” but a part of you doesn’t want to believe that.
Am I right?
Your body is not done. Your effort is not the problem. Your training needs a clearer progression strategy.
If that is what you have been looking for, the Monthly Programs are for you.

I used to look at photos and feel unhappy with my arms. When I saw my progress, I was so beyond happy. I wasn’t even flexing. I have so much trust in your program and I’m loving it.
I’m learning so much. I can be independent in the gym and still have a real plan to follow. I’m so glad I found you, Joyce.
I finally lost that fear of weights, and now it’s really working. I’m stronger, increasing my weights, and feeling so much more confident.
I love the structure and being able to look back at my workouts and see the progress.
Client experiences are personal and results vary.

I’ve had the same thought: “What if I’m only going to look worse from here?”
For a long time, I only did cardio. When I finally started lifting, I focused almost entirely on legs and glutes because I was afraid that training my upper body would make me look bulky.
Learning how to train with intention changed my body and the way I saw strength. At 38, I am stronger, more confident, and happier with my body than I was at 34.
Now I help women over 30 stop guessing and become technically confident lifters, because getting older does not mean your best body is behind you.

Use the four-question assessment on this page for a clear starting recommendation. Your level is based on your training experience, confidence, and progression skills, not your age.

Yes. The Monthly Programs are designed for gym-based strength training and use standard gym equipment. If your equipment is limited or you need substitutions built around what you have available, 1:1 coaching may be a better fit.
No. Your training progresses in focused four-week phases. Joyce makes strategic adjustments to keep you moving forward without replacing everything that is already working.
Yes. Your starting level is not permanent. As your strength, technique, and training experience improve, you can move to a different level. Contact Joyce if you are unsure when it is time to switch.
Each Monthly Program follows a set schedule designed for that level. If the schedule does not match your availability, limitations, or equipment, 1:1 coaching is the better fit. A plan will be created specifically for you at a separate price.
Monthly Programs give you a structured plan based on your level, with app delivery, progress tracking, exercise demonstrations, and general coach support. With 1:1 coaching, your training is built specifically around your goals, schedule, equipment, experience, and limitations. It also includes closer individual support and is priced separately.

1:1 online coaching
If the Monthly Programs do not match the schedule, equipment, limitations, or level of individual support you need, 1:1 coaching gives you a plan created specifically for your body, goals, and routine. It is a separate service with individualized pricing.
